Attorney​/Lawyer

Description We are looking for an accomplished Attorney with a focus on commercial litigation and corporate law to join our team in Pennington, New Jersey. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to high-impact legal matters, combining courtroom advocacy with corporate advisory responsibilities. Responsibilities:

- Handle a caseload requiring approximately 1800 billable hours annually, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.

- Lead and contribute to commercial litigation matters, representing approximately 40% of the workload.

- Manage corporate law assignments, including contract review, transactions, and compliance efforts, making up about 60% of your responsibilities.

- Provide strategic legal counsel to business clients, showcasing strong analytical and communication skills.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.

- Mentor entry level attorneys and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and detail oriented growth within the team.

- Represent clients in courtroom settings, demonstrating excellent advocacy skills.

- Ensure thorough preparation for all cases, including research, drafting, and client consultation.

- Uphold a commitment to detail oriented integrity and client-focused service.

- Contribute to the firm's growth by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active licensure in the state of New Jersey.

- At least 6 years of experience in commercial litigation and corporate law, with attention to detail.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic, client-centered environments.

- Proven track record of courtroom advocacy and successful case outcomes.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate with team members.

- Commitment to maintaining a positive and balanced workplace culture.
