Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Project Manager (NJ) to join their team. As a Project Manager (NJ), you will be part of the project management department supporting multiple business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager (NJ)

Location: Pennington, NJ (On-site required)

Pay Range: $65

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple departments and business units.
• Lead project governance activities including toll gates, approvals, and stage gates.
• Coordinate with risk and compliance teams to ensure project adherence to regulatory standards.
• Oversee scope, budget, and timeline management to ensure successful project completion.
• Work on AI projects supporting Salesforce CRM applications across various lines of business.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
