BeOne Medicines seeks a senior QC Microbiology leader to establish and manage the new Micro-Lab supporting GMP manufacturing in New Jersey. You will lead EM programs, environmental monitoring, and microbial testing across materials, intermediates, and finished products.
The role requires 8+ years in FDA-regulated biotech/pharma with 5+ years of team management, strong knowledge of USP/EP and cGMP/EU GMP, and hands-on experience with LIMS/MODA. Travel ~10% expected.
