Bilingual Preferred - Spanish

• Elevate and enhance customers' in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and act as subject matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Proof of eligibility required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Base pay or uncapped commission.
• Competitive pay range of $53,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience).
