Our client, a leader in industrial and commercial facility management, is seeking an Industrial HVAC Technician to join their dedicated team. As an Industrial HVAC Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting critical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain and service air handling equipment, filters, differential pressure monitoring systems, and air balancing equipment

+ Service refrigeration systems including multi-circuit, DX, process chillers, and comfort chillers

+ Monitor, operate, and adjust heat exchangers, HVAC systems, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, and related electrical systems

+ Diagnose system malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions

+ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, piping, pumps, motors, and electrical controls

** What's Needed?*
* + 5-8 years of HVAC experience in industrial or commercial environments, preferably regulated laboratory settings

+ HVAC certification and EPA refrigerant handling certification

+ Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation

+

Experience with BAS systems is a significant plus
