Java Developer (Genesys IVR)

As a Software Engineer on our team, you will work alongside talented IVR developers who are passionate about delivering innovative, reliable, and scalable self‑service solutions for the contact center. You will design, develop, test, and support IVR applications operating in a modern Cloud environment, using engineering best practices and high‑quality development standards. This role is integral to shaping solutions that drive business outcomes and ensuring our systems reflect technical excellence.

• Build and enhance IVR applications using modern engineering practices and Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to design solutions that align with strategic business goals.
• Ensure high‑quality code delivery through strong development, testing, and quality control practices.
• Lead and mentor developers as part of an agile team, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
• Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing IVR applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions that guide the direction of our solutions.

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on Java/Spring development experience with complex applications.
• Previous experience with Speech‑enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance Framework.
• A strong track record of delivering software through multiple full project implementations.
• Experience leading developers within an agile, fast‑paced engineering environment.

• Genesys IVR.
• Java/JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, and VXML.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as Git Hub CoPilot.

• Familiarity with deploying contact center solutions in a private or public cloud environment.
• Experience in building or deploying applications on the MS Azure or Open Shift platform.
