Compensation: This position is hourly. Pay starts at $20/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $21.20/hour plus $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators and $1/hour for overnight shift.

Why Join Our Team? We’re hiring Warehouse associates with full-time shifts available. You will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and interact with other Warehouse Associates at Grainger’s distribution center in Bordentown, NJ.
Responsibilities- Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing.
- Ensure products are packed and shipped to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
- Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
- Perform other duties as directed by the leadership team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age or older.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to receive feedback.
- PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and powered equipment including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck.
Preferred:
Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments; strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
