$80,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing $3bn international manufacturing organization to identify a Financial Cost Accountant
. This is a newly created position offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a global organization.
This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys partnering with operations, analyzing manufacturing costs, improving processes, and driving business decisions through financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability trends
- Maintain and review standard costing methodologies
- Perform Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis and reporting
- Analyze inventory valuation, physical inventory counts, and cycle counts
- Review and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy
- Support month-end close activities related to inventory and manufacturing operations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Partner with engineering, operations, logistics, and sales teams to provide meaningful financial insights
- Utilize SAP and Excel to develop reports and analyze operational performance
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of SAP experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
