Call each assigned customer on their scheduled day for an order. Maintain a liaison between our customer base, Sales Reps, Route employees and all departments.

• Keep open communications with Sales reps, Route employees and all departments.
• Maintain good customer relations through daily sales calls and follow up.
• Control service frequency through proper balance of delivery schedule, and products to reduce call‑ins.
• Keep track of customers with coolers and ensure they are buying the required number of cases (per the contract) to keep the cooler.
• Visit accounts as required.
• Keep route books up to date.
• Sell new products and current deals to customers.
• Communicate to customers any payment issues.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED certification and 2 years customer service experience or equivalent job duties.
• Associate's degree or some college level coursework.
• Related training or certification.
• Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Proficiency with office equipment including computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator.
• MS Office proficiency, including Word and Excel.

We offer an hourly rate of $17-$19 per hour. Excellent benefits include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six days of sick leave; two weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine company paid holidays and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
