POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain and Operations Finance will directly support Supply Chain and Operations teams. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this role will directly support the Senior Vice President of Operations and his direct reports on all FP&A and financial topics. This role will also serve as the key finance representative for the supply chain team in cross‑functional discussions and decisions.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Provide direct financial support to SVP of Operations and his direct reports, including leading analysis for all financial decisions
  • Lead all financial forecasting and planning for production, warehousing, fleet, supply chain trends, and act as the key interface with demand planning
  • Develop new financial tools and analytics including new financial KPI trackers for labor, production, warehouse, and fleet and new forecasting tools (e.g. Arete, Excel) as needed
  • Co‑pilot development of the Company’s new annual labor, production, warehouse, and fleet plans, including understanding and transforming current (disparate) processes into a unified one
  • Support SVP of Operations and his direct reports on key narrative, insights and drivers for monthly operating reviews, annual planning, and strategic planning, create PowerPoint presentations and become expert in supporting data for this work
  • Oversee and lead the production intake & co‑pack pricing process
  • Lead enterprise‑wide utility cost tracking, including establishment of KPIs, annual planning and forecasting, and general performance analysis
  • Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses on broad range of operations‑related initiatives including capital expenditures, and innovation, fleet initiatives, etc.
  • Lead financial training for supply chain and operations team including financial literacy, forecasting, P&L Reviews, System Reviews, and Financial Concepts in Beverages
  • Become an expert user on the planning and forecasting system, Adaptive Insights
  • Travel up to 20% between locations in New York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding states

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

  • Three (7) to five (10) years in financial support role, preferably in an operating‑support role in consumer products or similar industry
  • Degree in Finance or related area of study
  • Exceptional MS Office Skills
  • Intellectually curious
  • Has been successful in prior roles where partnering with senior management is critical
  • Experience leveraging technology to improve processes, create efficiencies and drive insights
  • Self‑disciplined, able to perform in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight.
  • Very strong work ethic
  • Trustworthy, honest and dependable

We offer a competitive salary of $120k-135k. Excellent benefits: medical, dental, and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Six days of sick leave; two weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine company paid holidays; and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
