We are recruiting for a full-time Site Manager to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Pennsauken,NJ. This position is benefits eligible.

This position assists with the overall administration,coordination, development, and operations for the Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Center at Pennsauken.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & Operations:
- Manage all daily operations of the site
- Support the implementation of approved site plans as outlined in the strategic plan and provide leadership through implementation
- Develop annual site-specific program plan
- Implement policies and procedures and assist in the development of departmental procedures
- Act as site liaison representing the site-specific program
- Track, analyze, and report on relevant data and metrics
Staff Management:
- Supervise therapists, Rehab Aides, and volunteers
- Monitor staff caseload and schedules based on clinical needs
Clinical Responsibilities:
- As a treating clinician, plan and implement developmentally appropriate treatment programs based on evaluation results, discharge plans,and interdisciplinary team goals in an effective and timely manner
- Provide family-centered treatment as reflected in communication, care plans, referrals, and chart documentation in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the organization
- Maintain 30% scheduled productivity (treatment caseload)
- Bachelor/Master/Doctoral degree from an accredited graduate program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in pediatrics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Broad understanding of rehabilitation departmental operations and structure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well as a team member
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
