We’re looking for a Buyer to support sourcing of raw materials and chemicals for a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure materials are available, costs are controlled, and suppliers perform.
Ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on purchasing, supplier interaction, and working with data to keep operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do:- Place and manage purchase orders based on production demand
- Track inventory levels and support forecasting activities
- Work directly with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and performance
- Identify cost‑saving and sourcing improvement opportunities
- Maintain purchasing data within ERP systems
- Collaborate cross‑functionally on supply and inventory planning
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing or sourcing (manufacturing preferred) and international buying
- Experience buying raw materials or chemicals
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Supply chain or procurement certification
- Exposure to international sourcing or Incoterms
