We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who thrives in a hands‑on warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. If you’re dependable, detail‑oriented, and ready to be part of a growing manufacturing operation, we’d love to connect.

In this role, you’ll support warehouse and assembly operations by ensuring accurate receiving, packaging, documentation, and shipment of custom machinery and components.

• Pack, label, and distribute parts to internal teams and external customers
• Organize and prepare machines and accessories for domestic and international shipments
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using ERP systems and UPS/Fed Ex platforms
• Ensure compliance with shipping documentation and standards
• Provide accurate weights and dimensions for freight quotes
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Process shipments and receipts within the ERP system
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory control processes
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment
• Open crates and containers using appropriate tools

You’ll work closely with Operations, Assembly, and shipping carriers to ensure every order leaves correctly and arrives safely.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or inventory control
• Experience using UPS/Fed Ex shipping software
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequent bending, reaching, and climbing rolling ladders
• Standing and moving throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment

In accordance with New Jersey pay transparency requirements, the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is: $19.45 – $26.26 per hour
. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.

This position is classified as non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and New Jersey law.
