Our client, a leading innovator in resin production, is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Camden, NJ. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, foster a high‑performing team, and ensure our manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

- Over 5 years of leadership experience in chemical or similar industrial manufacturing environments, with a proven track record managing 24/7 operations.
- 7+ years of personnel management, demonstrating your ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
- Deep knowledge of chemical processing equipment, including reactors, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and utility systems like boilers and chillers.
- Strong familiarity with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and process safety management (PSM) standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; degree in chemical engineering or related field preferred.
- Practical experience managing production within OSHA PSM programs or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of process control systems such as PLCs and DCSs.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Previous involvement in capital project development and safety compliance reviews.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Extensive hands‑on experience managing complex chemical manufacturing processes in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast‑paced environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to collaborate across departments including Maintenance, R&D, Quality, and Engineering.
