Crossroads Treatment Centers has been at the forefront of treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005. The organization provides evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) options to communities across the U.S., serving over 26,500 patients through outpatient clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
• Perform injections
• Schedule & Locations:
  Primary centers:
  Pennsauken and Rio Grande

Target weekly hours: up to 10 hours. Sample schedule of a PT NP:
Pennsauken Monday 9am-3pm, Rio Grande Wednesday 9-12.

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
• DEA licensure in the state of the center
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
