This position requires a commitment to 24 hours a week and offers a premium pay - $45-47/hr for qualified nurses.
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized home care for patients with complex medical needs.
This role offers the unique combination of float pool flexibility with schedule predictability and guaranteed weekly pay
. You will deliver care across our high-acuity cases, assist new clients with hospital to home transition, train nurses and cover critical openings throughout Camden and Burlington Counties.
- Deliver advanced nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions (e.g., tracheostomy care, ventilator management, enteral feeding, and central line care).
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Float within a designated geographic territory to cover high-acuity patient cases, planned leave, or care transitions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with families, primary care teams, and pediatric clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.
- Predictable Hours with a set schedule.
- Advance Notice to maintain work-life balance.
- Protected Compensation: If a scheduled client cancels or has a shift reduction, your pay remains intact while you remain available for alternative clinical reassignments.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in NJ.
- Minimum of 1 years of critical care or home care experience required.
- Hands-on experience with high-acuity interventions (Ventilator, Tracheostomy, G-Tube/NG-Tube).
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.

- STAT Critical Openings rate: $45-47/hr
