Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access, and document observations in accordance with site expectations;
Assist with emergency response activities, crowd management, and/or de-escalation support during busy periods, alarms, or other high-traffic situations
