Our Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing a team in accurately installing new residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. You'll be in charge of our retrofit and installation projects, coordinating vital jobsite logistics to make sure all jobs are smooth and seamless. With a focus on quality and safety, you'll lead your team in performing exceptional work while complying with all codes and industry regulations.

Think you have what it takes? Here's what you'll need:

• EPA certification
• 3+ years of experience leading residential and/or commercial heating and air conditioning installations
• Clean, valid driver's license
