Route Service Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) is based in Pennsauken, NJ. The role focuses on premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, upselling, managing account information, and operating a commercial motor vehicle safely.

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely, follow DOT documentation, and adhere to safety policies.
• Maintain a professional image and provide courteous service.
• Deliver correct products to the right locations during scheduled times.
• Maintain delivery information, including cash and receipts.
• Identify opportunities to maximise efficiencies and provide actionable solutions.
• Assist the team with decisions and support others as needed.
• Provide water dispenser cleaning services following quality processes.
• Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines and achieve monthly upsell goals.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to secure or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for CDL positions);

• Service-oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions.
• Proficient interaction with customers in diverse settings.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 250 units a day, each up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40‑55 times a day.
• Work an average 45‑hour week or more, including variable start times.
• Alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, walking all day.
• Get DOT medical card for employment.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations, no major offences in the last 3 years.
• 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
