CDL A OTR Driver

Elite Express is a rapidly growing family‑run company based in Pennsauken, NJ that treats its drivers like family. Our drivers do not deal with driver‑facing cameras, and they enjoy a work schedule of 2 weeks on the road followed by 2–4 days at home.

• Base pay of 62–67 CPM (effective rate up to 80 CPM with accessorial pay and bonuses)
• Top drivers can earn more than $100,000 annually and $2,000+ weekly gross on average
• Eligible drivers must have 12 months CDL‑A driving experience
• Hazmat/Tanker endorsements required

• All practical miles paid – loaded AND empty
• Additional pay for detention, breakdown, layover, and more

• At least 1 year verifiable tractor‑trailer CDL Class A
• Hazmat/Tanker endorsements required
• No major or serious violations in the last 5 years (e.g., DUIs, reckless driving)
• No drug convictions, positive tests, or refusals within the last 5 years
• No felony convictions in the past 10 years
• Verifiable work history for the most recent 3 years
