• Manage client assignments:
  Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, using project management tools to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and success.
• Prepare & Review:
  Handle the preparation of tax returns (entity and individual), payroll and sales tax filings, work papers, and financial statements.
• Research & Advise:
  Conduct tax research, draft memos, and collaborate with senior team members to implement solutions.
• Support and Mentor:
  Guide interns by offering consistent feedback, recognition, and developmental support.
• Foster
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with peers and leadership to ensure quality, accuracy, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Contribute to Growth:
  Actively support firm initiatives and demonstrate continued development of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• You are actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum of one section passed).
• You demonstrate strong technical, communication, and client service skills.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and mentoring early-career professionals.
• You are eager to grow within a supportive and values-driven firm.
