Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Valencia

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Valencia, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute your expertise in managing financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and proficiency in Quick Books, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments.

- Perform thorough bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

- Maintain detailed and organized financial records for audits and reporting purposes.

- Utilize Quick Books to efficiently handle bookkeeping tasks and generate financial statements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business operations.

- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of obligations.

- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve financial issues.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to guide financial planning.

- Identify and implement improvements to streamline bookkeeping processes. Requirements

- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Quick Books and other accounting software.

- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Solid knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.

- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
