LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company in Hatfield, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a 3-4 month temporary assignment. This role supports daily accounting operations, transactional processing, and recordkeeping during a period of increased departmental workload. Ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working fully onsite Monday through Friday.

Accounting Clerk (3-4 Month Contract) - Manufacturing | Fully Onsite Hatfield, PA | $20-$24/hr.

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry with a high degree of accuracy.

* Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and assist with weekly payment runs.

* Support account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and customer accounts.

* Assist with cash applications, posting payments, and resolving discrepancies.

* Maintain and organize financial filing systems (electronic and physical).

* Generate weekly accounting reports as requested by the team.

* Provide support during month-end close activities.

* Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing questions.

* Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support accounting operations.

Qualifications:

* 1-2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR (manufacturing experience preferred).

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software a plus.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.

* Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

* High school diploma required; additional accounting coursework a plus.
