Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory accounting, reporting, and analysis

• The Senior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and operational reports

• Assist with cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliations

• The Senior Accountant will ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve inventory controls

• Participate in process improvements and system enhancements

• The Senior Accountant will provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing

• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost accounting principles

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
