As an Accounting Services Manager with our firm, you will:

Have direct client contact

Work on a variety of clients spanning multiple industries

Provide accounting services, including compilations and reviews

Provide tax services, including federal, multi-state, and local returns

Develop your technical skills in a variety of disciplines, including tax and advisory services

Participate in the client business and tax planning process

Be responsible for executing and planning client engagements

Delegate work to staff and review their work Train and supervise staff

Receive ongoing continuing education opportunities aimed at sharpening your technical skills, as well as internal training sessions designed to help you develop a personal network of business contacts, meet with prospective clients, and cultivate referrals

Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by providing exceptional client service

Be valued as an integral part of our team

You’re qualified for the Accounting Services Manager position if you:

Have your CPA license

Possess 7+ years of current public accounting experience

Have experience with accounting and tax software such as CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax, the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe (note we work in a paperless environment)
Demonstrate initiative, creativity and imagination in your approach to work Exhibit time management and organizational skills

Demonstrate a good working knowledge of client businesses

Are a team player, establishing good working relationships with all co-workers

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal

Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service and individual growth
