We’re excited to be partnering with a well-established company in the Skippack, PA area that is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team.

This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000/year, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits, PTO, and a strong commitment to work/life balance.

About the Role

The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing the company’s financial records and accounting personnel. This position ensures accuracy and integrity across financial procedures and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with all applicable government regulations
Serve as the primary liaison for external audits
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Analyze financial transactions to support business decision-making
Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain accurate internal books
Mentor and guide accounting staff, promoting professional development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5–7 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP;
Experience working in the construction or similar industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
