Outsourced Accounting and Payroll Position

• Offer general support to co-workers and clients in our payroll service area while training for the skills needed to excel in payroll processing and reporting
• Offer general support to co-workers and clients in our outsourced accounting service area while training for the skills needed to provide timely and accurate information for clients
• Join our tax season fast-track team and learn the basics of individual income tax return preparation

• Prepare/review payroll, business, non-profit, individual, estate, trust, and gift tax returns
• Prepare/review GAAP-based financial statements and related disclosures
• Provide strategic tax planning and consultation services
• Build and manage your own client base and relationships
• Stay ahead of industry trends to deliver the best results for clients

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to ensure client success

• Excellent critical thinking skills and a keen eye for detail
• A client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Prior basic accounting and payroll preparation experience preferred
• Proficiency with Quick Books Online and Microsoft 365 both a plus, but not required

• Competitive compensation with a pay range of $45,500 to $59,000
