Accounting Manager - Hybrid

This is an opportunity to work cross functionally within Accounting and Finance to include financial reporting, technical accounting, month end close, consolidations, financial analysis and much more. • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including general ledger account reconciliations
• Develops forecasts using multiple assumptions
• Coordinates quarterly dividend payable with the Treasury Department
• Prepare journal entries for monthly close
• Prepares month-end reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and required items for financial close to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to defined standards.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
• Assists with accounting-related projects and accounting research on an as‑needed basis
• Records quarterly employee stock purchase plan transactions
• Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs

• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• CPA preferred but not required
• Education:
  
  Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
