This AR Billing Manager opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established industrial construction organization with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and project execution across complex, large-scale work.

This role plays a key part in managing construction billing and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate job cost tracking, timely invoicing, and strong collaboration between accounting, project management, and field operations.

The AR Billing Manager will also have exposure to accounts payable functions, providing additional visibility across core accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Experience with in the construction industry is required, and familiarity with Viewpoint Vista is a strong plus.

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and construction billing processes, including progress billings and job cost tracking
• The AR Billing Manager will ensure accurate and timely invoicing in alignment with contract terms, schedules of values, and change orders
• Partner with project managers and field teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor outstanding AR balances and support collections efforts as needed
• The AR Billing Manager will assist with accounts payable processing and provide cross-functional accounting support
• Support month-end close activities, reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and construction accounting standards

• 3+ years of accounting experience; construction industry experience required
• Strong understanding of job costing, billing cycles, and project-based accounting
• Exposure to accounts payable processes preferred
• Experience with construction ERP systems;
  Viewpoint Vista is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across field and office teams
