Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the general accounting function, including month‑end close, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reporting, within a multi‑entity distribution organization.

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
• Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
• Reconcile fixed assets, AP/AR, and bank accounts
• Assist with fixed assets and depreciation
• Support audit requests and compliance requirements
• Ensure accuracy of financial data across multiple locations/entities
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or inventory‑heavy environments preferred
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
