Bookkeeper Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support the daily financial and administrative operations of a growing real estate company in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who can manage bookkeeping activities while helping oversee lease-related records for a portfolio of approximately 80 tenants. The right candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to keep financial information accurate and up to date in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for the business, including regular posting and tracking of day-to-day transactions.
• Process incoming invoices and outgoing payments while ensuring accounts payable activity is completed on time.
• Monitor customer balances, record incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables as needed.
• Reconcile bank accounts and review financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Support lease administration by organizing tenant documentation, tracking key lease details, and updating related records.
• Assist with office management duties that help keep administrative and financial workflows running smoothly.
• Prepare routine financial reports and summaries to provide leadership with clear visibility into company performance.
