• Enter accounts payable and make accounts receivable calls.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll using the company's custom system.
• Assist with payroll reporting.
• Handle sub-contractor payments weekly.
• Contribute to preparing quotes.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Ability to handle payroll processes efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.

• Construction industry experience.
• AIA billing experience.
• Past experience with payroll reporting.
• Experience entering bi-weekly payroll.

• Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within a construction or related industry.
• Strong Excel skills, with familiarity in payroll processing and billing.
