• Manage the full AIA billing process, including applications for payment and progress billing
• The Billing Specialist will prepare and submit invoices in accordance with contract requirements
• Track project costs, change orders, and billing schedules
• Collaborate with project managers to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation for reporting and audits
• The Billing Specialist will monitor outstanding billings and assist with collections as needed
• The Billing Specialist will ensure billing compliance with customer contracts and company policies

• Previous construction billing experience, including AIA billing, required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with construction accounting software is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
