This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor, or newer Audit Manager who is seeking long-term career growth, leadership opportunity, and a clear path toward future partnership.

• Lead and perform audit, review, and assurance engagements for a variety of clients and industries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Review financial statements and related work papers for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and managing engagement timelines
• Mentor, train, and develop junior staff members
• Work closely with firm leadership on client service and department growth initiatives
• Participate in process improvement and operational efficiencies within the audit department

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Prior public accounting audit experience required
• CPA license preferred or actively progressing toward CPA certification
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures
• Leadership mindset with interest in long-term career advancement
