This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of tax, client advisory, leadership, and strategic consulting—without the endless busy season hours common in public accounting.

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategic financial guidance to small business clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed business and financial decisions.
• Mentor and develop junior staff while helping build a high-performing accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
• Analyze financial information to identify trends and planning opportunities.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and consultative support.

• 5+ years of public accounting or tax consulting experience.
• Experience serving small business clients.
• Strong background in tax compliance and tax planning.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Quick Books Online and tax software is highly preferred.
