United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Mt. Morris, PA.

In this role, you’ll support multiple companies and projects while handling invoices, vendor payments, account reconciliations, credit card statements, and other important accounting functions. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, stays organized, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do- Review, organize, and process purchase orders, delivery tickets, and invoices for multiple companies and projects
- Accurately enter invoices while meeting monthly accounting deadlines
- Track invoice due dates and maintain organized payment schedules
- Process approved vendor payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile accounts payable balances with monthly vendor statements
- Review utility invoices and monitor charges for accuracy
- Process company credit card statements and verify receipts and supporting documentation
- Maintain organized electronic and paper accounting records
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Provide support in additional accounting and administrative areas as needed
- Assist with special projects and assignments requested by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial and company information responsibly
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to read and review electronic and printed documents, with or without corrective lenses
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs as needed
- Availability to work additional hours or occasional weekends when required
