• Lead audit engagements from risk assessment and planning through fieldwork and final delivery for commercial, non-profit, and ESOP/benefit plan clients
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, advising business owners and finance leaders on findings and recommendations
• Supervise and review the work papers of staff accountants and interns, providing real-time coaching and quality control
• Coordinate engagement timelines, budgets, and sign-off workflows to keep projects on schedule and on scope
• Contribute cross-disciplinary insight by collaborating with tax and advisory colleagues on client matters
• Participate in CPE, internal leadership development, and community/charitable initiatives sponsored by the firm

• Active CPA license
• 3-5 years of public accounting audit experience (not just tax or industry)
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and communicate findings clearly in writing and in person
• Ability to visit client sites within a 90-minute radius of Chalfont, PA (no overnight travel required)

• Experience with CCH Engagement or CCH Knowledge Coach
• Exposure to ESOP or employee benefit plan audits
• Interest in business development and networking as part of a long-term manager track

• Base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience
