Staff Accountant

A growing financial services organization is looking to add a Staff Accountant to its team!

This is an opportunity to gain exposure across accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and client service while working closely with senior leadership and an experienced CPA.

• Support individual, business, partnership, and trust tax preparation
• Gather and organize client financial information and tax documents
• Assist with tax projections, estimated payments, and client questions
• Support AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
• Maintain Quick Books and assist with financial reporting
• Manage credit card expenses and other day-to-day accounting processes
• Work closely with the firm's CPA and CFO

• 1-2+ years of accounting experience or relevant internship experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, personable, and confident communication style

Location: Harleysville, PA | Primarily onsite with some flexibility
