Fisher Brothers Exteriors is seeking a Controller to provide financial leadership and oversight of the company's accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and administrative operations. The Controller will work closely with the Director of Finance and CEO to support the organization's financial strengths and operational goals. This Controller role will play an important part in monitoring financial and operational risk, maintaining effective controls, and providing the information needed to support sound business decisions.
The ideal candidate has experience in the construction, remodeling, or project-based services industry and enjoys contributing across both financial and operational aspects of the business. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of progressive accounting, finance, or equivalent business experience, including demonstrated leadership responsibility; CPA, a plus
- Meaningful professional experience within the construction, remodeling, or related trades industry, required
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including Quick Books and advanced Excel skills, required; experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, or business intelligence reporting platforms preferred.
