Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process customer invoices and payments
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory balances
• Investigate and resolve billing, AP, and inventory discrepancies
• Assist with bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Take on additional general accounting responsibilities as your experience develops

• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with billing, AP, inventory, or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred

.

$60,000-$75,000 base + overtime opportunities

Employer covers 75% of insurance premiums; 401(k) with up to 5% company match after a 90-day waiting period

Primarily onsite, with flexibility to work remotely as needed
