Senior Accountant

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing company, with potential growth opportunities. This position blends core accounting, accounts payable, and supply chain support, and offers hands-on exposure to ERP systems

• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
• Oversee and analyze accounts payable activity, including purchase orders, invoices, and three-way matching.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely payments and financial transactions.
• Analyze inventory, manufacturing expenses, purchasing activity, and other operational costs.
• Support revenue forecasting and Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting for applicable contracts.
• Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, process improvements, and other accounting projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience;
  Senior Accountant or strong Staff Accountant experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience is strongly preferred, with PoC accounting experience a plus.
• Strong experience with journal entries, month-end close, AP, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; experience with Global Shop Solutions or One Stream is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
