Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a stable, well-established organization. This role offers broad exposure to general accounting, financial reporting, fixed assets, and tax-related responsibilities while working closely with accounting leadership.

• Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation and amortization schedules
• Handle sales and use tax responsibilities
• Assist with financial reporting and accounting operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Strong general ledger and account reconciliation experience
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Onsite
