• Assist with the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• The Staff Accountant will prepare account reconciliations and support the day-to-day management of the General Ledger
• Analyze overhead and burden rates to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions
• The Staff Accountant will provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed
• The Staff Accountant will assist with the annual budgeting process and other accounting and finance initiatives
• Support the accounting team with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

• 2+ years of accounting experience with hands-on General Ledger experience, including preparing account reconciliations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Manufacturing accounting experience is preferred
• Experience with Infor Syte Line or a similar ERP system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
