Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk
A medical device company is seeking a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, cash applications, collections, and administrative accounting functions.
Responsibilities- Enter sales orders into Quick Books
- Process accounts payable and invoices
- Apply customer payments and maintain customer records
- Follow up on outstanding balances and collections
- Track and reconcile purchase orders
- Process employee expense reports
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions
- Support accurate and timely financial recordkeeping
- Serve as backup support for other accounting team members when needed
