Job Summary
The job holder reports to the Eagle Eye Centre (EEC) Finance Manager (FM) and Assistant Finance Manager (AFM) and is responsible for Accounts Receivables function and to support the FM & AFM in GL closing process as part of the month end closing.

Eagle Eye Centre Group and its subsidiaries.
- Post and apply collection receipts from debtors accurately in the Clinic Management System.
- Reconcile, and ensure completeness of all payment modes of receipt from all various debtors and debtor categories, including hospitals, insurance providers, TPAs, individuals, corporate clients, Medisave-related transactions, over-the-counter receipts, intercompany receipts, and credit notes.
- Support billing amendments and respond to billing-related enquiries within the Clinic Management System where required.
- Raise credit notes for billing errors or refunds upon management approval.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit Controller to ensure timely billing, follow-up, and collection.
- Ensure daily Day-End Summary reports submitted by clinics are fully reconciled, with discrepancies investigated and resolved promptly.
- Prepare and complete Revenue and Receipts schedules, including bank clearing and bank reconciliations where required.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries related to inventory, deferred revenue, payroll, fixed assets, right-of-use (ROU) assets, accruals, and other adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of GST/SST filings in accordance with statutory requirements.
Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
Assist with inventory and asset management activities, including stock takes, as and when required.
Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the FM, AFM or Finance Business Partner.
Requirements- Diploma in Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences post-degree.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team under time pressure.
- Able to work alternate Saturdays (half day).
