What You'll Be Doing

✅ Processing accounts payable invoices and assisting with accounts receivable activities

✅ Entering and maintaining accurate financial data

✅ Reconciling accounts and researching discrepancies

✅ Assisting with billing, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping

✅ Maintaining organized files and supporting month-end activities

✅ Communicating with vendors, customers, and internal team members

✅ Jumping in to help with administrative and accounting projects as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, or a related office environment

✔ Strong attention to detail and data entry skills

✔ Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software is a plus

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

✔ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Banking experience is a plus and provides valuable transferable skills in financial transactions, accuracy, customer service, and compliance
