Tax Staff - Public

Location: Doylesburg

We are looking for a Tax Staff team member to join a public accounting team in Pennsylvania. This position offers the opportunity to support a range of tax engagements, contribute to planning initiatives, and work closely with both firm leadership and clients. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with business tax filings and can manage complex assignments with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and complete a variety of tax filings for business and individual clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Partner with senior tax leaders to support the review of returns and address questions or revisions during the engagement process.
• Contribute to tax planning efforts by gathering relevant financial information and helping identify practical strategies for clients.
• Conduct technical research on tax matters to clarify filing positions and support compliance with current regulations.
• Communicate directly with clients to collect documentation, discuss tax matters, and participate in meetings as needed.
• Handle corporate and pass-through entity returns, including work related to Forms 1120S and 1065.
• Use tax software and spreadsheet tools to organize data, prepare work papers, and maintain efficient workflow management.
