I am working with an innovative and growing business based inthe Bradford area and they are looking to recruit a proactive
Credit Controller to take ownership of their customer accounts and play a key role in maintaining a healthy cash flow.
As Credit Controller, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the collection of outstanding paymentsfrom customers
- Taking aproactive approach to reduce aged debt
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments
- Monitoring customer credit limits and ensuring adherence
- Resolving queries quickly and professionally
- Working closely with internal teams to support the credit control process
This is more than just chasing payments – it’s aboutmaintaining positive customer relationships while keeping accounts up to date.
The successful Credit Controller will be- Proven experience in aCredit Controlrole (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Confident using SAGE and Excel
