This role supports the Facility Financial Manager by processing payroll, maintaining financial records, and assisting with key accounting and inventory tasks. As a Fiscal Assistant, you will perform the following duties:
- Payroll Processing:
Prepare payroll information and review reports for accuracy - Timekeeping Support:
Operate software systems to input and verify employee time data - Record Review:
Audit employee records and resolve discrepancies in time and attendance - Office Tasks:
Maintain filing systems, type correspondence, and communicate with staff and the public - Funds Management:
Manage special funds accounts and process related invoices and deposits - Inventory Coordination:
Post pharmaceutical inventory data and assist with inventory spot checks

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel are rare and required only on an as-needed basis.

- Two years of experience performing bookkeeping or clerical accounting work; or
- An associate degree in accounting or business administration including or supplemented by six credits in accounting; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
