One has partnered with a prestigious plaintiff’s law firm in the heart of Philadelphia in their search for a Legal Receptionist to join their high-performing team on a direct hire basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a nationally renowned firm and work alongside top trial attorneys and esteemed legal professionals.
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist with data entry and updating internal systems.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree preferred. - 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
- Familiarity with legal terms and procedures.
- Experience with case management or scheduling software.
- Friendly, polished demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
- Fully onsite for the first month. After that, the role includes one remote workday (Friday) per week

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
.
- Starting salary of $45,000+, depending on experience.
